Corrections are applied in real time as needed. Balance patches follow a weekly cycle, while critical hotfixes are deployed immediately.

You can report bugs through the in-game support button, or by visiting the support portal and opening an incident ticket.
Balance adjustments do not affect character progress. Critical fixes may require a server restart, with prior notice to the community.
